Goliad Sheriff Investigating Infant Death

Goliad County Sheriff's Office is conducting an investigation into the death of a 9-month-old boy, officials confirmed Tuesday.
The child, Paul McAdams, was initially transported to DeTar Hospital Navarro shortly after 4 a.m. Friday with a "head injury the child sustained under suspicious circumstances," according to a news release issued by Goliad Sheriff Kirby Brumby.
The boy was later taken to University Hospital in San Antonio, where he died Saturday night.
