Brooks and Yearwood previously stopped in New Orleans, La., for for World Tour shows, in July of 2015. The 2016 leg of Brooks’ tour kicked off in Florida mid-January, and dates are currently scheduled through July, with more to be announced. Upcoming stops, in addition to Shreveport-Bossier City, include Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Las Vegas, Nev.; New York City’s Yankee Stadium; and San Antonio, Texas.

Brooks’ most recent studio album is the 2014 Man Against Machine. The singer had plans for a follow-up album in 2015 or 2016, but that project has since been delayed so that he can work on writing what he calls “the most Garth thing I have ever done.”
