Faith Hill recently dished some of her diet secrets to Self magazine, according to CMT Daily Roundup. Water plays a big part in Faith’s daily regimen, taking in “70-90 ounces of water a day.” While Faith says she doesn’t follow any particular diet plan, she does watch what she eats. Her usual lunch includes a “greek salad with grilled chicken” or salmon. The one thing she splurges on? She tells Self, it’s sweet tea. Faith also admits that getting in a regular workout gives her “more energy throughout the day” and has a “positive impact” on her life.
