Digital Photography Course Offered By Victoria Art League

If photography and the visual arts are something you are already involved with, or you are just getting started, you are in luck!

The Victoria Art League wants to encourage all of you who would like to get involved in some type of art, some way to express visually your experiences, feelings or just broaden your knowledge in areas in which you are already familiar. Keep an eye on the Victoria Advocate or call the Art League to keep informed on what might be offered to experience art through classes, workshops, demonstrations, or other opportunities.

The only new class this month will be a beginning digital photography class taught by Jim Feig. He will be teaching the four Tuesdays in May starting May 8 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The cost will be $80 for the four sessions. Ongoing classes with Michele Evans children's and youth classes and Sonny Timme's adult classes in various media are still in session. Jim Feig will be the artist of the month.  Come visit the Art League to view his photography and enhanced photography pieces on our special area for Artist of the Month. You will see what a talented and skilled photographer he is. We also have displayed our new members exhibit, so come visit us at 905 S. Bridge St., visit our gallery and see the talented artists we have in the area. We invite anyone to join us in our quest to bring more of the visual arts to Victoria.
