You've got to figure it happens all the time. Anyone can set up a bogus facebook page.  All you need is an email address. I suppose it is relatively harmless, until you steal the identity of an actual living person.

According to CMT Country Music News, a Facebook profile posted by a Luke Bryan impersonator was taken off-line last Tuesday night. The profile contained personal information and multiple pictures of Luke with his wife and kids. According to WALB News, his mom said the whole ordeal has been a nightmare. The creator of the fake page even went as far as to send friend requests, chat, and sign e-mails with Luke’s name. The police were alerted and opened an investigation after fans started to catch on. Right now, Luke is on the road with Rascal Flatts on their Nothing Like This Tour. For more information about Luke, check out CMT.com.
