Crossroads Community Band Veteran’s Day Concert

The Crossroads Community Band will perform a Veterans Day concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, in the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts. The concert is free and open to the public. The band will perform: “Invincible Eagle March,” by John Philip Sousa “Duty, Honor, Country,” by Harold L. Walters, text by Gen. Douglas MacArthur“Amazing Grace,” arranged by Frank Ticheli“A Patriotic Salute, arranged by James L. Hosay“God Bless the USA,” by Lee Greenwood

Guest conductor for “Washington Post March” will be Wilbur Collins, Victoria College professor emeritus who, in 1950, organized the first Victoria College Band.
