Crime Stoppers Searching for Car Burglar

On the afternoon of July 30, a red purse was located in a parking garage in downtown Victoria. The purse had been stolen from a vehicle earlier that day. Upon reviewing the security video for the location, a woman was seen walking through the location with the purse. The woman is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds and was wearing a purple shirt with a collar and blue jeans.
