On Feb. 13, an unidentified man picked up an undisclosed amount of money from Western Union inside H-E-B Plus. This money was scammed from a woman in Arizona. The unknown offender contacted the victim, stating she won the Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes and requested she send money via Western Union to pay the taxes on her winnings. When the man picked up the money, he was wearing a plaid long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap. He is described as a slender man who was about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighed 175 pounds.
