Country’s Highest Paid Star Is Toby Keith

Do you ever wonder how much money someone makes?  It's fun to try to guess who makes the most money in any given field, be it fast food, car rental, beer sales, or country music.

According to CMT Daily Roundup and Forbes magazine, Toby Keith takes the top spot on Forbes’ list of Country’s Highest Paid stars with an income of 50-million dollars. According to the magazine, not only does Toby’s multimillion dollar Ford sponsorship help elevate him to #1, but he grosses an average of more than half a million dollars at each tour stop. It’s no surprise that Taylor Swift is second with 45-million dollars, after the success of her Speak Now album and tour. Brad Paisley is third with 40-million dollars, which Forbes notes is nearly double Brad’s income for last year. At fourth place is Tim McGraw with 35-million dollars, while Rascal Flatts are a close fifth with 34-million dollars.
