Congressman Hosts Veterans Summit

Congressman Blake Farenthold (TX-27) is hosting the summit. Representatives from the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Texas Veterans Commission, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, and other veterans support groups will be on hand to provide information regarding veterans’ clinics, health benefits, education, employment, housing, cemeteries, land, transportation, social services, and business development. The event is free to veterans, enlisted military personnel, and military families.

This free summit will take place at the UHV University Center Building Multipurpose Room (3007 N. Ben Wilson St. in Victoria) on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014 at 2:30 p.m.
