Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

As many of you know I shaved my head this past March,  and man I used to have fro LOL!  That was a fun day, we had Kaitlyn in the studio as co-host! It's was a very fun day for a very serious topic.  Kaitlyn has to live with cancer as a child.  I shaved my head to help raise awareness about childhood cancer.   She started to shave my head and that put a huge smile on her face.  For those of you who don't know St. Baldrick's is a foundation that support children's cancer research, in which a huge percentages of  those dollars stay right here in this area.  Mark your calendars for next years event on March 6, 2016 at Schreoder Hall.  September also happens to be Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  If you would like more information about this AWESOME organization click here!
