The Charity Concert series continues this Thursday at the Leo J Welder Center for the Performing Arts.   Taking the stage is Country Music Hall of Famer Connie Smith.  She is a member of the Grand Ol Opry and has gotten high praise for Dolly Parton in the past.   Parton once noted that there were just three real female singers around:  Barbra Streisand, Linda Ronstadt, and Connie Smith.  "The rest of us," Parton said, "are only pretending."  She the legend perform this Thursday night at 7:30.
