From the Victoria Emergency Operations Center--A Hurricane Hunter airplane found a large wave of low pressure, so the system remains a tropical disturbance. However, Tropical Storm Bill may still form before making landfall along the Central Texas Coast sometime Tuesday. Tropical storm force winds up to 40mph are expected in the coastal region.
