Brenda You Are a Huge Inspiration

DeTar Community Healthcare, Ashley Furniture, McAdams Floral, KIXS 108 and Q 92 teamed up to recognize a breast cancer fighter and wanted to help  inspire, give hope and push forward to those battling the disease. This week we recognized Brenda Coons.

Dawn submitted Benda's name. Here is what she told us about her mom: I would like to recognize my mom, she is a 13 year breast cancer survivor and my best friend. She is a great person who doesn't ever put herself first, even though she should. She has also been helping me out a lot for the past 13 years, because the day she was up in Houston to have the surgery to remove her cancer, I had a car accident that left me paralyzed.

Brenda, you are an inspiration and a wonderful example of courage and perseverance. May the fullness of life be yours in the days ahead.
