Because his first headlining trek has been such a sales success, Brantley Gilbert has decided to extend the Hell on Wheels Tour with a second leg, which will start in 2013.

While the dates and venues are still trickling in, it's set in stone that the tour will relaunch in January, hitting cities like Mankatoo, Minn., Corbin, Ky., Morgantown, W.V. and Chattanooga, Tenn. so far. Gilbert has decided to take fellow Georgian Kip Moore along for the new dates, but will likely be adding another opener closer to the beginning of the year.

"The first leg was great," Gilbert tells Taste of Country. "We had Uncle Kracker out and Greg Bates. Greg's awesome, Uncle Kracker's awesome. They are great guys and great performers."

The 'You Don't Know Her Like I Do' hitmaker is especially excited to take Moore out for the next portion of the tour, seeing how they're both at the top of their game career-wise right now.

"He has a lot of good things going on right now," Gilbert says. "His songs are working the charts well, and he's a Georgia boy -- that always helps! He's always been a real nice guy, and I think it's going to be a good time."

Hell on Wheels Tour aside, Gilbert and Moore will join forces for a performance at the Country Radio Seminar in March. They -- along with Jana Kramer, Florida Georgia Line and Easton Corbin -- have been named the 2013 New Faces of Country Music.
