Bark At The Moon

Get ready for the first ever organized night run held in our community! Benefitting the Dorothy O’Connor Pet Adoption Center (DOCPAC), the Annual K9-5K “Bark at the Moon” will be held Saturday September 22, 2012 at the Special Events Area of Riverside Park. The run/walk will begin at 8:00pm in Riverside Park.

Runners are encouraged to bring family, friends, and canine companions! All canine participants must be current on vaccinations and remain on leash at ALL times.

$25 Before Sept. 8th
$30 After Sept. 8th
All Entry Fees Are Non-Refundable
Participants are guaranteed a race t-shirt if registered by Sept. 8th

*Packet pickup 5 – 7:30 p.m., Sept. 22, the day of the event.

*Race Start Time: 8:00pm

*Pre-event concessions with live entertainment before and after the race.

*Chip timed with awards by age category.

*Running headlamps required for 5K participants for their own safety and to help light the course.

*Costume contest for the best-lit participant – glow sticks, body paint, glow tape – get creative and have fun, just nothing electrical.
