Jay Richards was at one time considered 'the voice' of Victoria radio. Jay worked at KIXS 108 from 1991 to 1997. Jay had one of the best radio voices I have ever heard, and his long career in radio proves me right. Jay was in radio from 1972 until 2001. He worked all over the United States, from Saginaw, Michigan to Victoria, Texas.
