34th Annual Oysterfest in Fulton

It's time for the 34th Annual Fulton Oysterfest on the Waterfront in Fulton. On March 7th the Festival opens. 5-10 p.m. $1 gate entry and free for active military (Thursday only). Many different vendors and musical entertainment. Carnival will also be open for 4 days. A free trolley pickup will be available at 9th and Chaparral Streets. There will be live music Friday through Sunday with $3 admission for ages 12 and up.
March 8 - Oysterfest from 5-11 p.m. with live music from various artists. Oyster decorating contest judging at 7:45 p.m. Imagination is the only limit to bejeweling an oyster for a chance at the coveted trophy.
March 9 - Men's oyster eating contest at 4 p.m.
March 10 - Women's oyster eating contest at 2 p.m. and oyster shucking contest at 3 p.m. with a chance to take home the top prize of $700.
