No Rudolph.  No problem.  After all, You're in South Texas!   All Santa has to do is jump on a Texas Sized Longhorn Steer!!  Welcome to the 31st Annual Christmas in Goliad on the Historic Courthouse Square.  Vendors open for business Friday, December 5th at 5:30 pm, then at 7 pm. the Lighted Parade begins along with entertainment, shopping and delicious foods.  Saturday at 9 am Arts and Crafts around the square, the food and drink booths reopens for another great day of holiday fun.  Don't forget about Miss Ruby's Corral with authors and book signings.  Throughout the morning and untill 4 pm continuous music, dancers and choral groups will be performing.  At High-Noon have your cameras ready as Jolly Santa arrives on a Longhorn Steer to greet all the kids and pets!  Yes, we said PETS, because the best dressed dog contest barks into action at 3 pm.  Starting at 6 pm The Beeville Community Chorus at Mission Espiritu Santo.  At 7:30 pm Las Posadas at La Bahia.  The Goliad County Historical Commission has more at 361-645-8767.
