Nursing Field Day Set at VC

Victoria College will host a Nursing Field Day from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. May 14 in the Health Sciences Center Room 130. The Nursing Field Day will spotlight nursing pathways that any student could take and the careers that could follow. It will also feature hands-on displays and a tour of the simulation lab, as well as programs and facilities at VC.

"This will be an opportunity for anyone who knows they want to become a registered nurse or a licensed vocational nurse to gain information on our specific programs and admission requirements," Melissa Robinson, director of Pre-College Programs & Recruitment, told the Victoria Advocate. "This program is also good for anyone just thinking about being a nurse and may need a little more information to make that decision."
